My custom family and couple portrait prints make a special and creative addition to the family home, as well as unique wedding invitations, Save The Dates, birth announcements, wedding gifts, housewarming gifts and holiday cards. My portraits are 100% uniquely drawn and personalized just for you using your family photos, clothing choices, and color palette - or I can choose for you!

This artwork is created by me and made to order with your custom family portrait. Please note that my turnaround time is constantly changing. My typical turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. During the holiday season and summer break, it can take up to 3-6 weeks. Please see my shop banner for an up to date turnaround time, or just convo me!

If the portrait is intended as a gift and needed soon than my timeframe, I do have (free) printable gift vouchers and gift certificates that you can print at home an gift the recipient in the meantime. A gift voucher is a printable that lets the recipient know that a family portrait is being created just for them! You would pay, supply the images and details and follow through on revisions. The gift certificate is a printable that you can give the recipient and all you do is pay. This allows the recipient to follow through with images and details so the portrait is totally customized to their liking.

*Swaddled Infant in arms* $15 - Please purchase any 'additional infant' listing found in my shop.

*Additional elements* (such as stuffed animals, sports equipment, toys, background silhouettes or full color, instruments, home, bicycle, alternative poses, etc.) Convo me for a quote and custom listing. 

***GETTING STARTED***


1. Please purchase this base custom family portrait listing and a separate listing for each additional figure listing as needed. or, convo me and I can set up a custom listing that will out all these items together for you.

2. Email or convo me 2-3 photos that best depict each family member. I do not necessarily need group photos, individual images work great! It does help to have clear front views of faces to best capture your unique likeness. Please let me know approximate heights and eye colors if it is not obvious in the photos. Feel free to include photos, website links, or descriptions of clothing choices. I can also choose for you if you prefer.

If you are ordering a themed, television show inspired, character inspired or movie inspired portrait, please let me know character and/or costume choices. You can attach photos to a convo through Etsy, or, email me at kadiefop [!at] hotmail.com. I will respond with 24 hours with confirmation of receipt and expected turnaround time. 

3. I will email you with a proof of your custom portrait within the expected timeframe. I am happy to make reasonable revisions to the proof at this stage to make sure you portrait is perfect. Revisions are made within 1-2 business days.

The art is 8”x10” centered on an 8.5"X11” sheet to allow a white border for framing. For a larger size, please purchase one of the size upgrades found in my shop:

* Additional 8X10 print for $10

* Digital files can provided instead of the print if requested.

***QUALITY***
This illustration is printed on 300 gsm super heavy weight, archival, and acid free Epson Velvet Fine Art paper using an Epson P400 printer. Epson UltraChrome pigment inks provide superior resistance to water, fading and smudging. Colors are crisp, clean, and vibrant. Please note the colors on your monitor may differ slightly from the printed art. 

***SHIPPING***
Ships within 3 days of proof approval via USPS First Class Mail which takes 2-3 days domestically or 7-10 days internationally. ***Please note that International shipping is not guaranteed to arrive within this time frame and can be unpredictable. Please allow time for your print to pass through customs. This is especially notable in the Middle East and Western Asia regions - please note that your portrait may take several weeks for this process. ***

Print is shipped in a cello sleeve with cardboard backer to ensure safe delivery. Larger prints are shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube.
