My portraits are 100% personalized for your family, using your family photos and clothing choices. I am always happy to incorporate any unique ideas or elements you may have to make your portrait extra special.

This artwork is created by me and made to order with your custom family portrait. My portraits are individually drawn to look like you and reflect your individual and unique personalities and dynamic. I do not use templates or stock imagery.

Please note that my turnaround time is constantly changing.My typical turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. During the holiday season and summer break, it can be up to 4-5 weeks. Please see my shop banner for an up to date turnaround time, or just convo me!

****Base price includes 2 figures and greeting/simple backside design for $110. **** Additional figures are as follows:

*Person/child* $30 - Please purchase any 'additional human' listing found in my shop.

*Pet* $20 - Please purchase any 'additional pet' listing found in my shop.

*Swaddled Infant in arms* $15 - Please purchase any 'additional infant' listing found in my shop.

*Additional elements* (such as holiday wreaths, christmas trees, lights, backgrounds, stuffed animals, sports equipment, toys, instruments, home, bicycle, alternative poses, etc.) Convo me for a quote and custom listing. I am always happy to create something new or different in the portraits than what you see in my shop.

***GETTING STARTED***


1. Please purchase this base custom family portrait listing and a separate listing for each additional figure listing as needed.

2. Email or convo me 2-3 photos that best depict each family member. I do not necessarily need group photos, individual images work great! It does help to have clear front views of faces to best capture your likeness. Please let me know approximate heights and eye colors if it is not obvious in the photos. Feel free to include photos, website links, or descriptions of clothing choices. I can also choose for you if you prefer. You can attach photos to a convo through Etsy, or, email me at kadiefop [!at] hotmail.com. I will respond with 24 hours with confirmation of receipt and expected turnaround time. 

3. I will email you with a proof within the expected timeframe and reasonable revisions can be made at this time. 

4. I can provide the digital files (at no extra charge) for you to print your cards yourself or online, or, I can do the printing for you. See pricing below:

Ships within 3 business days of proof approval via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. Shipping rates will vary depending on quantity and location and is very difficult to predict, so I am overestimating the cost, but, I will refund all shipping overages. If you would like an exact quote before ordering, please convo me with your quantity and address. ***International shipments may have delays in Customs via USPS which are beyond my control. If you are placing an international order and the timing is critical, I would highly suggest using UPS or FedEx, or printing yourself. I am happy to give you a quote for both****
