My custom house portrait art prints make a one of a kind and creative way to memorialize the family home, past home or childhood home. These portraits make wonderful housewarming gifts as well. My portraits are hand drawn and 100% personalized - I do not use templates or 3rd party artwork, and I will work with you one on one to ensure your home is authentically captured. I have been drawing family, home and wedding portraits for over 10 years now, and my portraits have been seen in the New York Times, Design Sponge, Babble, Popsugar, Hello Wonderful and Cool Mom Picks.

This artwork is created solely by me and made to order with your custom home portrait. Please note that my turnaround time is constantly changing. My typical turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. The base listing is for a house portrait for $135 and includes a museum quality 8X10 fine art print. Add-ons can be purchased separately for the following cost:

*** GETTING STARTED***

1. Please purchase this home portrait listing and any separate add-ons from my shop such as an add on pet and/or size upgrade needed. Or, simply message me and I will create a custom listing for you to purchase this all in one bundle.

2. Email or message me a few photos that best depict the home’s true colors. Please include front view photos of the home that clearly show important details such as door style, trims, landscaping and general architectural details. If the house is in building or renovation stages or the landscaping is not seasonal in the photos, please feel free to describe the appropriate look for me.

3. I will email you with a proof of your custom portrait within the expected timeframe. I am happy to make reasonable revisions to the proof at this stage to make sure you portrait is perfect. Revisions are made within 1-2 business days.

4. Once approved, I will print and ship your fine art print within 2-3 business days.

*** ABOUT THE ART PRINT***

Every base portrait comes standard with a museum quality fine art print. This print is 8”x10” centered on an 8.5"X11” sheet to allow a white border for framing. I also offer size upgrades as shown above. The larger sizes also have a white border for trimming and framing.

This illustration is printed on 300 gsm super heavy weight, archival, and acid free Epson Velvet Fine Art paper using an Epson P900 printer. Epson UltraChrome pigment inks provide superior resistance to water, fading and smudging. Colors are crisp, clean, and vibrant. Please note the colors on your monitor may differ slightly from the printed art. 

***SHIPPING***

Ships within 3 days of proof approval via USPS First Class Mail which takes 2-5 business days domestically or 7-14 business days internationally. *Please note that International shipping is not guaranteed to arrive within this time frame and can be unpredictable. Please allow time for your print to pass through customs*. I do have a listing in my shop to upgrade to USPS Priority shipping for $8 within the US.

Print is shipped in a cello sleeve with a 100% recycled cardboard backer and within a 100% recycled rigid cardboard envelope to ensure safe delivery. Larger prints are shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube.


*If the portrait is intended as a gift and needed sooner than my timeframe, I do have (free) printable gift vouchers and gift certificates that you can print at home and gift the recipient in the meantime. A gift voucher is a printable that lets the recipient know that a family portrait is being created just for them! You would pay, supply the images and details and follow through on revisions. The gift certificate is a printable that you can give the recipient and all you do is pay. This allows the recipient to follow through with images and details so the portrait is totally customized to their liking.
